In 1877, the first " Phonograph " was invented by Thomas Edison.The phonograph was the first method recording and playing back sound. This was Edison first great invention. This new invention gave Edison international fame, he toured the country with the phonograph and was even invited to the White House to demonstrate the invention to President Rutherfor B. Hayes in 1878.

" Light Bulb: is one of Edison famous in inventions in 1880. At first he serious incandescent light bulb research in 1878. And in October 1878, he improvement in Electric lights, his experiments involved the fabrication and testing of many different metal filaments, including platinum. Platinum was very difficult to work with, and prone to being weakened by heating and oxygen attack.
But those are too expensive to buy and too low in resistance; Edison electric distribution system he was designing to supply commercial installations of his bulbs. This system would later become the model for our modern electric utility power distribution system today. Motive Picture is another Edison famous inventions.
In the picture is shown that Thomas Edison and George Eastman assume their positions in motive picture history, Eastman with his film and Edison with his camera and those photo are hangs in Eastman room at Kodak Theatre. Around 1889 Edison picked a team of muckers to work on his project, headed by William Kennedy Laurie Dickson. They built the strip Kinetograph, which was a very early camera. The "strip" was a piece of long, flexible film that had been invented for regular camera. Then they built a Kinetoscope , a machine to watch these movie. The first kinoscope parlor, or movie theater , opened on April 14, 1894, at 1155 Broadway in New York city.
